He is a civil engineering graduate who moved to Chennai in 1980s with the aim of creating the noteworthy properties at supreme quality. As a passionate builder with 35 years of experience in construction industry, he has executed more than 100 projects in Commercial, Residential sectors in and around Chennai.

MR.UDAN KUMAR CHORDIA, CHAIRMAN is our co-founder. He is a 5th generation business personality who has strong footprint in Education, Medicine, Real estate sectors. He is also a renowned person in Pharmaceutical Business serving as the CEO of Medopharma Pvt Ltd.Because of hisinterest and passion for constructing a sustainable high quality Real Estate, Mr.Udan joined with Mr.Sambhandham founding Altious Developers.
